How to Use Dolaren® Gel
(For Adults 14+)
Apply 2–4 grams of Dolaren Gel (about the size of a 2–2.5 cm circle) to the affected area 3–4 times a day.
Do not exceed 16g per day (max 112g per week). Allow at least 4 hours between applications.
Massage gently into clean, dry skin until fully absorbed.
Wash hands after use - unless you're treating your hands.
Avoid applying to broken, damaged, or irritated skin.
The recommended duration of treatment is 7–14 days for soft tissue injuries and rheumatism. For the treatment of osteoarthritis of superficial joints, the duration is 21 days.
